Accounting Clerk

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The Accounting Clerk will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to start a career in accounting, with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn.

 

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconcile account statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • File and maintain financial documents and records
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite, specifically with Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
