General Description 

The Behavioral Health Project Evaluation Internship or practicum for MSW, MPH or related degrees at Places for People’s Illume: The Behavioral Health Center of Excellence will assist the VP of Illume with collecting key information regarding the agencies CCBHO grant objective to conduct a community needs assessment.

Foundation or Concentration Practicum opportunities available.    

 

Task List  

  • Collect source material relevant to assigned project
  • Collecting synthesizing, and summarizing information
  • Assisting to identify unmet treatment needs 
  • Write relevant report on findings
  • Complete Agency associated trainings
  • All other duties assigned

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Bachelors degree, Master’s in social work or public health preferred
  • Familiarity or strong interest in research or writing
  • Ability to summarize, synthesize, and analyze research
