Our support coordinator/case manager - social workers assist and empower individuals with developmental disabilities in attaining their vision for a good life. The primary duties include identifying and planning for needs, linking to resources and monitoring service delivery.
Developmental Disabilities Case Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required - preferably in the Human Services field
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours if needed to meet client needs
- Must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize

Salary: $21.80 - $23.90 per hour starting salary based on experience
