As a remote, collaborative team committed to making a real difference, we welcome emerging mental health professionals, recent MSW graduates working toward obtaining their Massachusetts LCSW licensure, to join us as Associate Mental Health Therapists. We especially encourage neurodivergent individuals and those who identify as LGBTQIA+ to apply.

What We Offer:

  • Independent Contractor Role: Embrace the freedom of a 1099 position while benefiting from our experienced, supportive team.
  • Steady Caseload: Begin with an established caseload, ensuring a consistent stream of clients so you can focus on providing quality care.
  • Clinical Supervision & Professional Growth: Receive regular clinical supervision along with ongoing training, peer consultation, and mentorship to refine your clinical skills and ease your transition from graduate studies to professional practice.
  • LCSW Exam Preparation Program: Gain access to a dedicated exam preparation program designed to help you study for and pass the LCSW exam, ensuring a smooth progression toward full licensure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy via our secure telehealth platform.
  • Build and nurture strong therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele, including neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals, children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
  • Manage your caseload independently while collaborating with experienced clinicians and benefiting from regular clinical supervision.
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging research to continuously improve your clinical skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
  • Hold Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in Massachusetts, or a clear plan to obtain LCSW licensure within a few months post-graduation.
  • A strong passion for serving neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and diverse client populations.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Eager to launch your career as a therapist and make a meaningful impact.
  • Passionate about learning and growing within a supportive, remote team environment.
  • Comfortable with telehealth therapy delivery and adept at managing a virtual caseload.
  • A team player who values both independent practice and collaborative consultation.
  • Dedicated to serving children, adolescents, adults, and marginalized communities with empathy and professionalism.
