Seasonal Maintenance Position

Seasonal Maintenance Position: Work outside in beautiful parks and gain skills and knowledge about park management and use of equipment.

 This position will work at both Rock Bridge Memorial State Park and the central Missouri section of the Katy Trail. Duties include operating riding lawnmowers, transport mowers securely, mowing trails and firelines using a small tractor, weed-eating, cleaning restrooms, trail maintenance and assisting other staff with projects.

 Applicants must be able to handle physical labor in the heat of summer. Pay rate begins at $15/hour. The position can start April 1 either part-time or fulltime and would be 40 hrs. per week mid-May to mid-August. 

There is potential for work to continue part-time in the fall

For the most part, the schedule runs Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (summer), but Saturdays and Sundays can be considered as well.
