Mental Health Counselor

Heart and Solutions is seeking compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Counselors to join our team. About the Position

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide therapy services – Work with children, adolescents, adults, and families in individual and family counseling.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions – Apply effective therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments & treatment planning – Develop personalized, goal-oriented care plans.
• Ensure best practice – Adhere to HIPAA standards and the Code of Ethics
• Receive support – administrative, billing, and clinical assistance to help you focus on providing quality care.
• Grow professionally – Temporary licensed providers receive licensure supervision, while fully licensed providers gain access to advanced training opportunities.
• Continue your education – Access free live and on-demand continuing education trainings.

Note: This position offers compensation for both billable and non-billable hours.

Requirements

Must hold an Iowa license as one of the following:

• LMHC or t-LMHC
• LMFT or t-LMFT
• LISW or LMSW
