Property Support Assistant
COMPENSATION; $15-20/hr. based upon experience.

For more than 20 years, we have fulfilled community needs by building a diverse commercial and residential real estate portfolio across the Midwest. Over the years, our portfolio has grown to include hotels, restaurants, mixed-use and market-rate communities, in addition to commercial and retail spaces. THE PROPERTY SUPPORT ASSISTANT POSITION: Aria Luxury Apartments is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth property operations. If you’re highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
PROPERTY SUPPORT ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer incoming calls, provide basic property information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with the move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition for new tenants by coordinating key distribution, move-in inspections, and necessary paperwork.
- Assist with move-out inspections and assess units for damages.
- Update and maintain accurate records of current and future tenants.
- Assist with the management of parking and garage assignments.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling surface-level tenant inquiries and directing more complex issues to the Customer Service team.
- Assist customer service with property walk-throughs with the Maintenance Manager to ensure community standards are upheld and necessary repairs are documented and completed.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
PROPERTY SUPPORT ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in office administration or property management is a plus.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week during office hours: Monday–Friday: 9 AM–5 PM and Saturdays: 9 AM–1 PM
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; prior experience with Entrata is a plus.
- Previous experience in apartment or housing operations is preferred but not required.
