I liked how I was treated like a regular employee, regardless of my entry level position. My coworkers had a lot of respect for me, coming into a corporate position as an 18 year old and performing as well as I did.
What I wish was different
I wish the shifts I received were longer. I would only work from 10-3 Monday through Thursday and would've loved to stay later and longer.
Advice
It is never too early to start getting good internships. Whether you're a freshman or a sophomore, don't be intimidated by applying for them, because in the future they will pay off.
