Management is really easy to get along with. Plus operating the register is pretty simple. Hours are easy if you’re part time, the longest shift I’ve had is five and a half hours.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more people my age that worked there. A majority of them are significantly older than me, and probably don’t work there out of love for the store. I only work there just because it’s an easy enough job
Advice
Be prepared for some pretty strange customers. Dollar Tree attracts all kinds of people, and they will come in all shapes and sizes, as well as anytime of day or night.
