What I liked

While interning I felt supported by those around me. I enjoyed having people invest in me by teaching me processes, brainstorming how to best complete a project, and talking about life. With it being a smaller company I felt invested in and when I identified areas of improvements I was allowed to create my own projects and solutions. Production employees take pride in their work and were happy to show me how they build their stage of the product. It was neat to see how parts are made.

What I wish was different

Nothing, great experience and I plan on working for them in the future.

Advice

What you get from this internship is what you put into it. I had the goal of meeting one new person per day when walking around the factory floor.
